    We work with ambitious founders, owner-managed businesses and startups – helping them identify opportunities, make better decisions and turn strategy into execution.

    And we believe some of the brightest ideas don’t necessarily come from people with 20 years of experience.

    Sometimes they come from someone who has been at university for 20 weeks.

    That’s why we’re always interested in meeting ambitious students who want to learn fast, contribute early and work on things that actually matter.

    We’re a small team. That means there isn’t much room for people whose job is simply to observe.

    Some projects will be clearly defined. Others may start with:

    That is very much part of the job.

    Who we’re looking for

    Curiosity beats the perfect CV.

    You do not need ten years of experience. That would somewhat defeat the purpose of a student job.

    We are more interested in how you think. You might fit in well at Quasar if:

    • you are naturally curious
    • you use AI almost every day
    • you like learning new tools
    • you enjoy solving problems
    • you take responsibility
    • you are comfortable figuring things out
    • you have ideas and are not afraid to share them
    • you want to understand how businesses actually work
    • you can work independently
    • you are ambitious without taking yourself too seriously

    We can teach you a lot.

    Curiosity, energy and initiative are harder to teach.

    AI should feel normal to you

    We expect you to use AI.

    At Quasar, AI is not an IT project. It is simply becoming part of how modern companies work.

    Research, analysis, communication, sales, marketing, automation, strategy and decision-making are all being changed by AI.

    We want students who are curious about that change. You do not need to be an AI engineer. But we expect you to experiment.

    Use ChatGPT. Try new tools. Build things. Break things. Learn.

    Show us smarter ways of doing something.

    If you discover a tool on Tuesday that could save us five hours on Wednesday, we want to hear about it.

    Student jobs at Quasar are designed to work alongside your studies. Depending on the role and project, this could typically mean a flexible number of hours per week.

    We care more about output and responsibility than about sitting at a desk from 8 to 4.

    Some work will happen from our office in Spinderihallerne. Some can be done remotely. And some projects may take you directly into the companies we work with.

    The goal is simple: when you graduate, you should have much more than a line on your CV. You should have stories about things you actually helped build.

    Internships

    Make your internship count.

    If your education includes an internship, Quasar can provide an environment where you get unusually close to entrepreneurship, consulting, AI and real business development.

    We are particularly interested in internships where the student takes ownership of a meaningful project. That might involve:

    • building an AI solution
    • designing a new growth channel
    • researching a market
    • developing a startup concept
    • improving a customer journey
    • building marketing automation
    • developing data dashboards
    • working on commercial projects for one of our customers

    The best internship creates value both ways: you learn something meaningful. And when you leave, something exists that did not exist before.

    We want Quasar to be more than an office. Over time, we want it to become a place where students, founders and business owners naturally meet.
